good grief, youre a good writer!

ok, lindsey is like my hero. i loved that statement too. it takes action to show someone something. thats a lot tougher than just words sometimes. not that words are ineffective, alone..but often seeing it played out, in real life, can be the best teaching tool.

I'm pretty sure you are going to want as much processing power as you can get for iMovie. An iBook 3g is not going to be able to run the latest version of iMovie. A G4 would at least be able to run Leopard, which could run the most recent iMovie.

Congrads on resurrecting you old computer...I need some help with mine.

I am trying to give life to an iBook 3g 800 Mhz/128 MB RAM/30 GB HHD. The hard drive died, so I installed a new, blank hard drive. Now with I hold the option key to go to the blue screen, it doesn't show anything (Unlike before when I did it and it gave me the option of selecting the hard drive to boot. What am I missing? Do I need to disassemble the iBook again (a real pain too). I know that I will need more RAM as well. Do I need a MAC OS X disk too before I intsall Xubuntu 9.04? And can I download a disk for Mac from the PC computer? I know it's been a year since you was hear but I really need some help. Thanks again.

i am SUCH a perfectionist. i am working on this, because i set such an impossible standard for myself that it's crazy-making. and leaves me often frustrated with and disappointed in myself. i need to get better at accepting my own failures and shortcomings.

the hardest person for me to extend grace to is myself.

I haven't updated my blogroll in a while, but I'll make sure I get you on there. Thanks for reading; you're part of very exclusive group of a chosen few who do (at least that's how I like to think of it).

Recovering perfectionist reporting for duty.

The more involved in leadership at work and church I've become, as well as wanting to keep creating, I've had to settle for way less than perfect on way more occasions than I am comfortable with.

But it's not all about me, right.
